Terms and Conditions Information:

• Delivery - Our shop locally serves surrounding cities up to 15 miles from Preston Hollow area of Dallas with $15 delivery fee and 16 to 30 miles with a $25 delivery fee.
• We accept the following payment types: ApplePay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, GooglePay, and SamsungPay.
• Flowers may be substituted due to availability, but the style, theme, and color scheme will be maintained.

• Quality Guarantee - Your satisfaction is very important to us. We take great care in creating each floral design with intention and are committed to delivering fresh, beautiful arrangements that meet our quality standards. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your floral design at the time of delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at 972-971-8010. . Our team will gladly work with you to understand your concern and will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
• If severe weather or an unexpected event impacts your plans, we will always do our best to work with you in a fair and compassionate way. Depending on availability and timing, this may include:

              Adjusting pickup or delivery timing

              Re-purposing your flowers for an alternate use offering creative solutions
